Terms Of Sale

The nature of this book sale is unique in that each book ordered will be signed or inscribed individually by the author for the purchaser. Therefore, two to six weeks must be allowed to receive your books. Here is how it will work:

1. Submit your order on the order form. You will receive a sales slip by e-mail that will serve as your receipt.

2. Mail a check or money order for the total amount to the address on the order form.

3. Upon receipt of your electronic order, the author will be e-mailed and asked to sign or inscribe his book and mail it to the H.E.L.P. Fund team.

4. When we receive the book from the author, we will immediately ship it out to you. By this time your check or money order will have been received by the H.E.L.P. Fund.

5. Utmost care will be taken to protect your book during shipping. A signed book may be returned for any reason for a full refund. Due to the personalized nature of your inscribed book, it may be returned only if it has been damaged in shipping. In this event you will receive a replacement or a refund.

6. You will be kept informed of the status of your books throughout the shipping process. If you have questions about the status of your book, you can send e-mail to HELPbooks@purpleducks.com.
